Uplift social being our wish, Support for Initiatives and Welfare (SIW) vision is all about knowledge and specialist care as Ignorance is bliss. A person who is unaware of the negative consequences of their actions may continue to engage in those actions because ignorance is bliss.
The path to first aid begins with warning the ignorant. Our mission begins with awareness and identification of both the facts and the victims.
