We have chosen to serve the community by offering our skills and knowledge acquired through community services to promote community uplift Social. With the help of the small community groups, we manage to identify people in need and potential private initiatives that need to be supported for the common good. This service is provided to the community through the four projects below.
Welfare access:
Accessing welfare through SIW as well as through other organizations, reassuring us that they have benefited from our support in terms of capacity building. NPO has always been the property of the beneficiaries themselves who, to solve any problem that creates uncertainty in their community. Its survival is conditioned by three things: quality, productivity and good governance. All these three conditions can only be acquired through the training of its staff.

Among the reasons identified, there is unemployment in the foreground. Unemployment not only deprives the victim of the power to intervene independently in their social situation, but also causes victims to lose their values as humans. SIW in its works which are potentially leaning towards the welfare of the community conducts a training program for employment and support to private initiatives which tend to occupy young people who are reluctant to be hired as regular employees.

In the fight against unemployment, the creation of businesses is a supreme solution. apart from that we also consider that not everyone likes being an employee. It is therefore better to teach entrepreneurship to those who prefer to create their own businesses

The absence of qualifications or skills is a psychological pathology which not only breeds hatred in the community but also discourages victims from going back and starting again with another trajectory.
