Training for employment
For employment we can reassure that through this project SIW offers trainees opportunities to access employment. We recruit staffs on behalf of our partners and employers who work mainly in four areas: Health care, Hospitality, house keeping and business administration. These partners are demanding on the performance of people to be hired, so we proceed by training job seekers before connecting them to the employer. Employment can be within the country as well as abroad.
Labour UP Employment agency
SIW works in partnership with Labor Up, a company which recruits staff for other agencies and companies here at home and abroad.
In its role it sends us job offers and we prepare the staff according to the conditions set by the employer. if it is about expertise we train those concerned before submitting them to the evaluation test in order to make them available for the employer’s interview. In other cases, it is SIW which gives them the list of job seekers so that they can look for jobs for them.
