Planning social enterprise
We believe that learning entrepreneurship requires simmilation through NGO management. Managing a business is comparable to that of an NGO (Charity). The difference is that the company is created when you have capital (investment money) but the NGO can be created with or without capital. During this project it is a question of training beneficiaries in NGO management. Management training allows trained candidates to make their private initiatives useful for the social recovery of the community as well as for their own families. For the effective achievement of these objectives, the priority modules are: Knowledge about the NGO sector and the way in which it must be created so that it is favourable for supporting; The development of a project ; Proposal writing; Techniques for partners location; Fund raising techniques and practice in day-to-day running of an organization or any social entreprise, etc. ……….
Training for NGO executives

The development of our area and the social aspects of our populations are thorny issues that do not reassure our survival to date some time.
Several attempts by partners to not only be able to lift our populations out of poverty by implementing several development strategies but also by creating partnerships with local organizations have ended in remarkable failures. Failures motivated by the recurrence of misappropriations and the unproductivity of local NGOs.

Supported by these revelations, SIW, through the Academy, emerged with several innovations including the organization of capacity building sessions in NGO management and business administration for the benefit of both NGO executives and other members of the community put on hold by ignorance.
To link thought to action, the purchasers of this program produce practical work, a project which is processed by our team before handing it over to the owner and connecting him to the funders.
